Permission forms must be submitted before a student can receive a box of chocolate to sell.

Chocolate box pick‑up must be done by a parent/guardian at one of the following dates and locations:

⏰ 4:30–6:00 PM
πŸ“ Emery Elementary

 

πŸ“… Saturday, January 31
⏰ 1:00–4:00 PM
πŸ“ 19315 Golden Wave Drive, Katy

 

Extra permission forms will be available at both pick‑up times if you need to fill one out.

Each student will receive one box. Once the box is sold, please return all money in the envelope included with the box. Make sure all information on the envelope is filled out correctly, as we manually track all sales.

If you would like a second box, please let us know.

If you want to give permission for your student to take the box home, please email emeryelempto@gmail.com with your student’s name, grade, and teacher.
